Kate Swarm: Birthing the New Era; Healing through Yoga (#54)
Monday Nov 02, 2020
Monday Nov 02, 2020
Kate Swarm is a yoga teacher, wellness consultant and event producer in Phoenix, AZ. She has a passion for creating unique and fully immersive experiences. Her greatest gift is to hold a sacred space of transcendence while guiding her students to a place of union between mind, body and soul.
Over the last 5 years her excitement and devotion to exploring how environment, sensory input, and intention effects a shift in consciousness, has allowed her to work beside some of the most gifted artists, musicians and creatives in the wellness movement. She has taught at numerous yoga and music festivals throughout the nation, blurring the lines between yoga, movement, meditation, visual engineering, and sound immersion.
Although she spends a significant amount of time curating external environmental elements, she is even more detail oriented when it comes to exploring her student's internal environment of the “self”. She likes to believe she has a warm, peaceful, and grounding presence that gently guides her students to a peak state of integrated body awareness, intelligent and thoughtful movement, and self-realization.
Besides holding a sacred space of mind-blowing-multidimensional-blissed-out-radical-transformation she is a mom and a wife, who loves to dance, laugh, and never takes life too seriously.
She started on my yoga journey after suffering through an extremely difficult loss. Yoga was what helped me find love, peace, contentment and purpose for my life, it is my greatest joy to give that gift back to the world.

Monday Oct 12, 2020
Leilani Navar is a dreamworker, licensed acupuncturist, practitioner of traditional Chinese herbal medicine and host of The Dreamers Den Podcast. She works dreams in person with her patients, and explores dreams online as well, in a growing community of healers, artists, dreamworkers and people interested in global healing. Leilani has always had a rich relationship with her dreams.
About 10 years ago, she was inspired by her teacher Bob Quinn and his friend and mentor, the late, beloved dreamwork teacher Jeremy Taylor, to bring dreams and Chinese Medicine together in clinical practice. Ever since, she's been fascinated by the way that the science of symbols used for millenia in Traditional Chinese Medicine shows up in the dreams of people who've never even heard of it.
Leilani lives in a tiny high mountain desert town surrounded by wilderness, on a permaculture homestead-in-process with her husband, two children, one dog, ten chickens, and a myriad of wild and garden plants.

Rachel Johanson has spent a lot of time in the dark. She struggled with addiction, an eating disorder, abusive relationships and everything in between. It was a psychoactive plant from Africa that liberated her from the slavery of her mind and catapulted her into the realm of consciousness required to heal and be reborn. She is committed to living a conscious life and to facilitating others to choose the same.
Having travelled the world studying consciousness in all forms, from Hawaii and the ancient mysticism of Ho’oponopono, to India chanting with Swamis in caves, graduating with a Psychology degree in the West, exploring sacred plant medicine with a mystic in Croatia, learning to embody loving awareness with Ram Dass, training to create with Access Consciousness, studying with metaphysical counsellors, and MUCH MORE.
Rachel uses her robust wisdom and diversity of trainings to facilitate plant journeys for addiction therapy, teach consciousness classes, offer transformational coaching and energy healing, all while running a tattoo shop and creating craft botanical wellness elixirs.
